Liver Function Classification

Liver function grading, also called Child grading, can evaluate the liver function of patients, which is mainly categorized into grade A, B and C. The liver function grading standard is commonly used in clinics to score the liver reserve function of patients with cirrhosis. Liver function grading standard is commonly used in the clinic for cirrhosis patients’ liver reserve function scoring, the main indexes include general condition, serum bilirubin, ascites, prothrombin time, serum albumin concentration, etc. Different states are divided into three levels, which need to be based on the above several indexes, according to the different degrees, and finally determine the specific score. Score in 5 to 6 points liver function is class A, liver function is good, belongs to the compensated cirrhosis; 7 to 9 points is liver function class B, belongs to the loss of compensated cirrhosis; 9 points or more liver function class C, this situation liver function is worse, generally belongs to the loss of compensated stage. When liver cirrhosis occurs, it is recommended that patients go to the hospital in time to improve the relevant examination, choose the appropriate treatment and drugs under the guidance of the doctor, and do not self-medication.
