The odor in the lower body is usually considered vaginitis, not necessarily with a particular drug, but with different vaginitis. There are three main types of vaginitis, including bacterial vaginitis, mycotic vaginitis, and trichomoniasis. For bacterial vaginitis, systemic medication is usually used, that is, oral metronidazole or tinidazole, which is more effective. If it is mycotic vaginitis, the medication is usually localized and put inside the vagina, the clotrimazole is a suppository that is inserted into the vagina for treatment. It is best to go to the hospital for a routine leucorrhoea test to determine which kind of vaginitis it is, and then use different medications for different vaginitis, different bacterial and fungal infections. Some people have a combination of bacterial vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis at the same time, so the treatment is definitely different and you can’t use one drug.
