Rehabilitation after fracture

The three-step treatment of anti-osteoporosis is actually a paraphrase of the three-step cancer pain ladder. The first step is primary prevention, which emphasizes a healthy lifestyle (drinking milk, sun exposure, moderate exercise, etc.), and is applicable to people who have not yet developed osteoporosis, but are at risk. The third step is for patients with definite osteoporosis, especially those who have developed generalized pain and/or compression fractures, for which calcitonin (trade name “Miganex”) or phosphate (trade name “Miganta”) is recommended. (trade name “Miguada”).
