Do inversions help with whiplash?

Inversions have no specific benefits for whiplash, and it is important to note that improper posture can damage the cervical spine and cause adverse effects.
Head and neck gravity during inversion can stretch the neck, which in turn relieves the compression symptoms of cervical spondylosis. However, sometimes inversion does not control the center of gravity well, which can cause cervical instability and fatigue of the muscles around the cervical spine.
Prolonged inversion may cause changes in the physiological curvature of the cervical spine and neck discomfort.
Cervical spondylosis is usually caused by cervical osteophytes and herniated discs. Cervical traction, acupuncture, massage and physiotherapy can be used to relieve the symptoms of cervical discomfort, and intervertebral foramenoscopy can be used to remove the herniated discs if the conservative approach is ineffective.
Inversion has no special benefits for cervical spondylosis. Cervical spondylosis is recommended to go to a regular hospital for treatment.
