Miconazole nitrate ointment is an antifungal topical ointment that is commonly used for fungal dermatitis caused by fungal infections of the skin, such as ringworm, tinea cruris, lichen planus and other diseases. It can also be used for neurodermatitis, papular urticaria, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, pruritus and other diseases. This drug is contraindicated for those who are allergic to imidazoles.
