Open acne is a skin lesion manifestation belonging to acne, also known as blackhead acne. Open acne is mainly caused by increased sebum secretion, keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts, secretions that cannot be discharged in a timely manner, and oxidative reactions between the lipid plugs and the outside air at the follicular opening site, resulting in the follicular site having a blackhead-like appearance. Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of the follicular sebaceous gland unit. The pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated and is related to genetic factors, androgen-induced sebaceous gland secretion, keratinization of the follicular ducts, propagation of Propionibacterium acnes, and immune-inflammatory response. The principle of treatment should be to choose to remove sebum, dissolve keratin, sterilization and anti-inflammatory drugs. The appearance of blackheads and pimples should go to a regular hospital in a timely manner, follow the doctor’s instructions to take individualized treatment measures.
