Pain underneath the knee is usually pain underneath the patella of the knee, which may be caused by patellofemoral arthritis, meniscus injury, tibial tuberosity epiphysitis, and patellar tendonitis.

4. Other: pain under the knee may also be caused by patellar tendonitis, trauma, bone malignant tumor and other factors.
