What to do with sore shoulders

Shoulder pain may be caused by, for example, frozen shoulder, shoulder trauma, cervical spondylosis, etc. It can be relieved by hot compresses and massages, or given medication or surgical treatment.
1. Frozen shoulder: This disease is self-limiting and can be cured by itself, but some patients cannot return to the normal function level. Patients suffering from frozen shoulder need to receive treatment as early as possible, with medications such as ibuprofen tablets and acetaminophen tablets, etc. Encourage patients to move their shoulder joints more often to reduce shoulder pain and adhesions, so as to maintain shoulder joint mobility and speed up the recovery of the disease.
2. Shoulder trauma: including shoulder dislocation, fracture and ligament injury. After shoulder joint injury, we should pay attention not to move freely and keep the shoulder joint braked, and the treatment mainly includes reset, fixation and functional exercise of the shoulder joint. Drug treatment mainly includes analgesics, such as ibuprofen tablets and acetaminophen tablets.
3. Cervical spondylosis: When the cervical intervertebral disc protrudes to one side and stimulates the nerve root, the clinical symptoms of pain and numbness in the innervated area can appear, and some patients manifest shoulder pain. The drugs available are diclofenac sodium, ibuprofen tablets. Or traction treatment, severe cases need surgical treatment.
Patients with recurring shoulder pain need to go to the hospital for CT or MRI to clarify the specific cause of the disease and then treat the cause of the disease, do not blindly use drugs.
