Endometriosis refers to endometriosis, and the symptoms of endometriosis mainly include dysmenorrhea, abnormal menstruation, infertility, painful intercourse, and even acute abdominal pain.
1. Dysmenorrhea: the most important symptom of endometriosis, often secondary to dysmenorrhea, and progressively aggravated with the development of the disease.
2. Abnormal menstruation: endometriosis, such as adenomyosis, is often characterized by prolonged menstruation and increased menstrual flow.
3. Infertility: It may be due to the change of pelvic immune microenvironment caused by endometriosis lesions.
4. Sexual intercourse pain: mainly deep sexual intercourse pain, and obvious before menstruation.
5. Acute abdominal pain: due to rupture of ovarian endometriosis cysts, acute abdominal pain occurs due to irritation of pelvic or abdominal cavity by ruptured cystic fluid, accompanied by nausea and vomiting.
