Therefore, it is not recommended to take transfer factor capsules for vulvar leukoplakia.
1. Physiological atrophy in old age: it may be caused by the decrease of ovarian function, estrogen level, etc. It may appear the local color becomes lighter, pay attention to keep the local hygiene clean and dry.
2. Vulvar sclerosing moss: the etiology is unknown, may be related to autoimmune, genetic, sex hormone deficiency, etc., the local skin can appear white, bright, accompanied by itching, pain during sexual intercourse and vulvar burning sensation and other symptoms. Testosterone propionate ointment can be used locally to restore the atrophic skin to normal, and if the itching is severe, it can be mixed with hydrocortisone ointment. If the symptoms are severe, oral treatment with Avitamin A is also available.
