How to check for laryngeal cancer

Laryngeal cancer can be feasibly examined by laryngoscopy, imaging examination and pathological examination. 1. Laryngoscopy: it mainly refers to the use of laryngoscope to enter from the oral cavity, which can directly observe whether there is any special hyperplasia-like tissue in the larynx to make preliminary judgment. 2. Imaging examination: imaging examination mainly includes X-ray film examination, CT examination and MRI examination. The scope of local invasion of laryngeal cancer and the metastasis of lymph nodes in the neck can be clarified through imaging examination. 3. Pathological examination: Collect the suspected tissues through laryngoscope, and then determine whether they are cancer cells through pathological examination and microscope. Laryngeal cancer can also be initially screened by clinical symptoms, such as foreign body sensation in the throat, pain and hoarseness, etc. If these symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to ENT department of regular hospital for examination.
