What causes hip pain?

Hip bone pain is mostly seen in acute injury, femoral head necrosis, lumbar disc herniation and so on.
1. Acute injury: generally due to impact or car accidents and other reasons, resulting in acute injury to the hip bone fracture, thus triggering pain, and the pain is often more intense.
2. Necrosis of the femoral head: a structural change of the femoral head due to ischemia of the femoral head, the femoral head collapses, causing pain in the hip and groin.
3. Lumbar disc herniation: the lumbar intervertebral disc due to degenerative changes under the action of external forces, resulting in irritation of the intervertebral disc fibrous ring protrusion, or the vertebral nerve compression, which causes lumbar and leg pain, and if the compression of the sciatic nerve, it is easy to lead to sciatica, and the hip area will be obvious pain.
Hip bone pain may also be caused by other reasons, such as bone tumors, sacroiliac arthritis, etc. It is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause of the disease and then treat it.
