Is there normal sperm without a vas deferens?

Without a vas deferens, normal sperm will be produced if the testes are functioning properly. The vas deferens is the channel that carries sperm, while the testes are the organ that produces sperm. As long as the testes are functioning normally, normal sperm are produced, and there is no direct relationship with the vas deferens, so the absence of a vas deferens will not affect the production of normal sperm, but will only affect the normal transportation of sperm. Patients who do not have bilateral vas deferens for various reasons are able to produce normal sperm as long as the testes are functioning normally, only that they are unable to transport the sperm outside of the body and conceive. Currently there is no scientific treatment for the absence of vas deferens, but patients can use testicular puncture or incision to obtain sperm for assisted reproduction. Patients who do not have a vas deferens or vas deferens insufficiency should go to a regular hospital in time and be treated under the guidance of a doctor so as not to affect normal fertility.
