Nucleic acid test, i.e., new coronavirus antigen and/or antibody test, infusion does not react to the body’s antigen and antibody, so nucleic acid can be done after infusion. Negative nucleic acid test results are normal and positive results are abnormal. After receiving the new crown vaccine, because the vaccine itself is an adenovirus vaccine or a live attenuated vaccine, the body will retain fragments of the virus, so the nucleic acid test on the same day of vaccination may have a false-positive result, and it is recommended that the test be done 48 hours later. Currently, there are no studies showing that infusion of fluids may affect the nucleic acid test results. It is recommended that you schedule the nucleic acid test as soon as you are physically able to do so.
