How to treat abrasions

The treatment of skin abrasions is as follows: 1. Local debridement: skin abrasions lead to local deposition of various kinds of dirt and dust, so debridement is more important, and can be cleared with saline or with epsom saline lactate solution; 2. Disinfection and drug application: after debridement, the local area can be disinfected with iodophor, and then topical antimicrobial ointment should be applied, and the treatment should be standardized under the guidance of regular hospital medical personnel to avoid secondary infection and scarring. Abrasions are skin damage caused by abrasion of the skin by rough substances. Since abrasions only invade the epidermis, white adhesions and punctate bleeding can be seen on the surface, and patients will feel more pain because the superficial dermis is rich in sensory nerves. With good care, secondary infections can be avoided and the abrasions will not leave scars.
