The recovery period for lumbar radiofrequency ozone ablation is usually 4 to 6 weeks, with rest as the mainstay of the recovery period and further rehabilitation in individual cases. 1. Lumbar radiofrequency ozone ablation is a minimally invasive procedure for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which mainly utilizes the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and bactericidal effects of ozone molecules, and is therefore used for lower back pain and radicular pain symptoms caused by lumbar disc herniation. 2. Lumbar radiofrequency ozone ablation surgery is less invasive and quicker postoperative recovery, usually 4~6 weeks after surgery for basic recovery. 3. During the recovery period after lumbar radiofrequency ozone ablation, rest is the main focus, such as bed rest, lumbar support protection, mainly to promote the recovery of ablated intervertebral discs. In addition, some anti-inflammatory drugs such as acetaminophen should be taken orally to improve the local aseptic inflammation, and combined with rehabilitation exercises for postoperative rehabilitation.
