What’s going on with your baby’s pasta allergy?

Pasta allergy in babies usually refers to an abnormal immune response to food after it enters the body.
The etiology of food allergy has not been fully clarified, it may be that the protein tissue components contained in the food may become allergens, and because of the special reactivity of the body’s immune system, it will increase the incidence of food allergy.
The pathogenesis of pasta allergy is mainly due to the body’s production of specific IgE against food allergens, resulting in the release of histamine and other biologically active substances by mast cells and basophils degranulation of target organs, thus causing allergic inflammation. This causes patients to experience itchy skin, nausea, abdominal pain and other uncomfortable symptoms, which can seriously jeopardize the patient’s health.
Babies appear to eat pasta allergy, and then to avoid pasta intake, so as not to cause adverse reactions.
