The wound is then disinfected with an antiseptic such as povidone-iodine and bandaged with gauze. After bandaging need to be taken amoxicillin, cefaclor and other antibiotics anti-infection treatment. 2. Nursing care: usually to ensure that the traumatic wound dressing clean, dry, do not make the wound on the water, to avoid causing bacterial infection. Wound care also need to change the dressing regularly, it is recommended to change it once every 1 to 2 days. Wounds should pay attention to rest during the recovery period, do not exercise strenuously, so as not to cause wound tearing and prolong the wound healing time. If the wound is large and not clean, it is not recommended to treat it on your own and should be cleaned under the guidance of a doctor. If the traumatic wound is pus-filled, you should go to the hospital in time and treat it under the doctor’s guidance.
