1. Uterine fibroid: uterine fibroid rich blood supply is considered to be a normal phenomenon, every tumor has nourishing blood vessels, and the blood supply can be detected during ultrasonography. Uterine fibroids are highly prevalent in reproductive age, most of them are asymptomatic and will shrink and subside after menopause, a small portion of fibroids will produce symptoms and need to be treated.
2. Endometrial cancer: This is a malignant tumor that occurs in the endometrium. Malignant tumors will erode the deeper layers of the uterus to get more blood and will show a rich blood supply. Endometrial cancer can be categorized into estrogen-dependent and non-estrogen-dependent types, for the former, it is highly prevalent in younger women with obesity and diabetes mellitus, and for the latter, it is highly prevalent in older women.
