Low pressure 56, high pressure 110. Is that normal?

Low blood pressure, which is also known as diastolic blood pressure of 56mmHg, and high blood pressure, which is also known as systolic blood pressure of 110mmHg, are considered low blood pressure. Normal less than or equal to 90/80mmHg is low blood pressure, and blood pressure greater than or equal to 140/90mmHg is high blood pressure.
Hypertension is diagnosed when the systolic blood pressure is ≥140mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa) and/or diastolic blood pressure is ≥90mmHg on 3 measurements taken on non-simultaneous days without the use of antihypertensive drugs. Blood pressure is affected by a variety of factors, so special care should be taken when measuring blood pressure, which needs to be done in a resting state.
A low blood pressure of 56 and a high pressure of 110 is considered to be low blood pressure. It is recommended that blood pressure be monitored regularly and that any abnormalities found be promptly treated by a doctor.
