Physiological tachycardia can be improved through exercise, but pathologic tachycardia generally cannot be improved through exercise. There are pathologic and physiologic causes of tachycardia. If tachycardia is caused by physiologic factors, it generally does not require much treatment, and the patient can alleviate the symptoms by adhering to appropriate exercises, such as jogging, bicycling, swimming and so on, which need to be adhered to for a long period of time, but tachycardia is not suitable for patients who are doing strenuous exercises. If the rapid heartbeat is caused by pathological factors, such as anemia, fever, coronary heart disease and other diseases caused by rapid heartbeat, exercise will not slow down the heart rate, and need to be timely for the treatment of the primary disease, for example, anemia caused by rapid heart rate needs to be timely corrected anemia. If the patient has persistent tachycardia, he or she needs to go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s advice on treatment and exercise.
