The traditional treatment method is to make an incision in the lower abdomen to repair the abdominal wall defect in the lower abdomen, but the surgery requires an incision, and once the incision is infected, the surgery can easily fail. Through years of summary, and surgical experience, we use laparoscopic hernia repair, which is considered to be the most ideal surgical method at present, with the advantages of no incision and minimal trauma, and reliable results. We use a patch placed outside the peritoneum through the laparoscope, sutured and fixed, and at the same time sutured the peritoneum, which is in line with the pathophysiology of the hernia and restores the dense structure of the peritoneum after repair, with ideal results. The picture shows: the patch has been placed outside the peritoneum and fixed, and the peritoneum is being sutured to restore the normal peritoneal structure. The advantages of this procedure are: 1. Less traumatic, no incision is needed, and the peritoneal part of the hernia sac neck is cut through the laparoscope directly into the parenchymal part of the hernia. The patch is made of imported material and fixed by sutures around the peritoneum, and the treatment is performed according to the pathological mechanism of hernia pathogenesis, while the original anatomy of the abdominal cavity is restored after suturing the peritoneum. 3.Low cost, no additional cost except for the imported material of the patch. When fixing the patch, we use homemade sled needle to fix it through the abdominal wall when fixing the anterior wall, which shortens the operation time.
