Budesonide Nasal Spray Directions

Budesonide Nasal Spray is used by spraying the nose with the hands crossed, the left hand spraying the right nostril and the right hand spraying the left nostril, avoiding spraying directly into the nasal septum. Budesonide Nasal Spray is mainly used for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, perennial non-allergic rhinitis, prevention of regrowth of nasal polyps after removal of nasal polyps, and symptomatic treatment of nasal polyps. For the treatment or prevention of nasal polyps, 256 μg per day, one spray in the morning or two sprays in the morning and evening. Adverse reactions include: common local irritation, rhinorrhea, and mildly hemorrhagic nasal discharge; rare angioedema, urticaria, dermatitis, rash, and pruritus; and rare septal perforation, nasal mucosal ulceration, and rapid-onset allergic reactions. In addition, budesonide nasal spray is prohibited for those who are allergic to the components of budesonide nasal spray, pregnant women should not be used, and the use of children under 6 years of age is not clear.
