How to detect breast cancer early?

Breast cancer is a common and frequent disease that threatens women’s health, yet many breast cancers are difficult to be detected at an early stage. In fact, it is not difficult to detect and diagnose breast cancer at an early stage, as long as you are careful and often perform self-examination of your breasts, and go to the hospital for further examination and diagnosis when you find abnormalities, you will not miss the traces of breast cancer. Breast self-examination is simple and can be done when you wake up, sleep, change clothes or take a shower. The American Cancer Society recommends three methods of breast self-examination: 1. Self-examination in the mirror: face the mirror and carefully observe whether there is any change in the shape and contour of both breasts; whether there is any abnormality in the skin of breasts such as redness, swelling, rash, superficial venous anger, orange peel-like changes; whether the two nipples are at the same level, whether there is elevation, retraction or depression, whether there is any abnormal discharge from the nipples and whether there is any change in the color of the areola. 2, lying down touch method: supine position, the left hand four fingers together, with the palm of the finger end from the nipple area to start a circular examination of the right breast parts from the inside out whether there are lumps or other changes. Then use the same method to check the left breast, lightly pinch the nipple, if there is bloody discharge should promptly ask the doctor to check. 3, shower inspection method: shower, because the skin is wet easier to find breast problems. The method is to slowly slide the palm of one finger and carefully examine all parts of the breast and armpit for lumps.
