What is the difference between sea buckthorn seed oil and fruit oil?

Sea buckthorn oil is mainly divided into sea buckthorn seed oil and sea buckthorn fruit oil, the main difference between the two is that the raw materials used are different, the traits and flavors are different, the core components are different and the prices are different.
Sea buckthorn seed oil and fruit oil are different in raw materials, sea buckthorn seed oil is extracted from sea buckthorn seeds by carbon dioxide supercritical extraction technology, while sea buckthorn fruit oil is extracted from sea buckthorn pericarp and pulp by carbon dioxide supercritical technology.
Seabuckthorn seed oil and fruit oil have some differences in traits and tastes. Seabuckthorn seed oil is brownish yellow to brownish red in color, with more refreshing tastes, light and smooth texture without granularity, and there is a slight hanging phenomenon when shaken gently. Sea buckthorn fruit oil is brownish-red, with heavy sea buckthorn flavor, mellow taste, full aftertaste, long fragrance retention time, and obvious wall hanging when shaken lightly.
In terms of core ingredients, sea buckthorn seed oil has higher content of unsaturated fatty acid, protein, amino acid, vitamins, total flavonoids and polyphenols, while sea buckthorn fruit oil has higher content of palmitoleic acid, carotenoids and organic acid.
In terms of price, the price of sea buckthorn seed oil is higher than sea buckthorn fruit oil because the proportion of sea buckthorn seeds in sea buckthorn berries is small and the oil production rate is low.
