There are two surgical methods for low-level perianal abscesses: direct incision and drainage for simple perianal abscesses; and incision and drainage for fistulas in combination with fistulas.
1. direct incision and drainage: low perianal abscess due to the more superficial without passing through the anal sphincter, generally direct incision and drainage, under local anesthesia to find the most pronounced pressure and pain or fluctuating sense of localization of puncture, and then make a radial incision, after the release of pus, and then finger probe the size of the pus cavity, the pus cavity spaced apart to expand the incision and the pus cavity diameter is as large as the pus cavity.
At the end of the operation, the abscess cavity is filled with petroleum jelly gauze for drainage.
2. If the abscess is connected to the anal cavity, it is necessary to incise the abscess and then incise the fistula, so that the drainage is smooth, and then carry out simple direct incision and drainage steps.
Low perianal abscess surgery is relatively simple, most of the simple incision and drainage under local anesthesia, the surgical effect is good, the cure rate is higher, less recurrence.
When a perianal abscess is found, it belongs to the infected foci, in order to avoid spreading the infection and causing serious complications, surgery should be given as early as possible.
