Back of hand pain may be caused by trauma, tendinitis of fingers and wrist, gout and other diseases.

Back of hand pain also needs to rule out diseases such as back of hand fracture, back of hand bone tumor and tendon rupture. If the pain in the back of the hand is not relieved for a long time, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital.
