General gastroscopy done in minutes

A general gastroscopy will be done in about 10 minutes, and people who have long-standing symptoms of stomach discomfort can be diagnosed with the disease through gastroscopy. A detailed examination of the patient is required before the gastroscopy, and the patient is given oral local anesthetic medication. After the anesthetic medication takes effect, the endoscope with a monitor is placed into the stomach and the stomach is observed, and a basic understanding of the stomach is obtained in about 5-10 minutes. Some people may find unidentified growths in the stomach during gastroscopy and require local biopsy to determine the nature of the disease, which may take longer. Some people will find gastric polyps during gastroscopy, which can be removed endoscopically, and the time will be relatively longer.
