Multiple nodules in the right lung may be caused by pneumoconiosis, tuberculosis, lung cancer and other diseases. 1. Pneumoconiosis: a respiratory disease caused by inhaling too much dust in life or at work. Pneumoconiosis occurring in the right lung can show round or irregular multiple nodule shadows in chest X-ray. 2. Tuberculosis: it is an infectious disease of the lungs caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the lesions are mainly in the lung airways and lung tissues, and there can be nodular shadows with fuzzy edges in the imaging examination. 3. Lung cancer: it is a malignant tumor originated from the lung. It can be divided into adenocarcinoma, squamous carcinoma and non-small cell carcinoma, which can have symptoms such as coughing up sputum, hemoptysis, chest discomfort, etc. Imaging examination can have nodular shadow with irregular edge. If nodular shadow is found in the right lung, further relevant examinations should be performed to determine the nature of the nodule.
