Myelofibrosis is a type of myeloproliferative disease. Patients with advanced myelofibrosis are often in pain. First of all, due to the huge spleen, patients will have obvious symptoms of abdominal distension and cannot eat, and after mild eating, they will feel bloated and uncomfortable, and often the patient’s appetite is reduced. Due to leukopenia, the patient may also show symptoms of infection, manifested as fever, sometimes chills and chills, and in the case of lung infection, cough, sputum and chest tightness. Due to thrombocytopenia, it can manifest as obvious bleeding symptoms, nasal and gum bleeding, vomiting blood, black stool, etc. Therefore, patients with advanced myelofibrosis are in great pain.
