Cervical spondylosis can be clinically classified into the following types, namely cervical cervical spondylosis, neurogenic cervical spondylosis, vertebral artery cervical spondylosis, sympathetic cervical spondylosis, and spinal cord cervical spondylosis, as follows: 1. Cervical cervical spondylosis: Its main clinical manifestation is pain in the neck and shoulders, and the pain is more obvious when the head is lowered. 2. Neurogenic cervical spondylosis: In addition to pain in the neck and shoulders, patients also have radicular pain in the upper limbs, such as numbness and pain in the upper limbs. 3. 3.Spinal cord type cervical spondylosis: Patients mainly show weakness of the limbs, inability to do fine movements of the hands, unstable walking and a feeling of stepping on cotton. 4.Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis: Patients will experience dizziness. 5.Sympathetic nerve type cervical spondylosis: Patients will experience clinical symptoms such as deafness, tinnitus and blurred vision.
