Using microsurgery combined with internal spinal fixation technology, we have carried out more than 1,000 spinal surgeries with brand-new concepts and advanced technology, including: microsurgery for brainstem and craniocervical junction tumors and craniocervical junction joints stabilization technology; microsurgery for intra-vertebral canal, intraspinal tumors, paraspinal and spinal primary and metastatic tumors, and spinal stabilization technology; microsurgery for atlanto-occipital malformations and spinal cord cavernosa; microsurgery for lumbar vertebrae Microsurgery for pilonidal sinus, spinal bulge, spina bifida, sacral tumors, spinal embolism; minimally invasive microsurgery for degenerative spinal diseases, herniated intervertebral discs, resection of intravertebral tumors, and spinal endoprosthesis; and microsurgery for spinal injuries, infections, and spondylolisthesis. At present, we have successfully performed 2,200 cases of various spinal surgeries and 500 cases of diagnosis and surgical treatment of various difficult spinal diseases every year. Characteristic therapeutic measures: (1) While using microsurgery to treat tumors of the brainstem and skull base, tumors of the craniocervical junction area, spinal cord tumors inside and outside the spinal canal and intramedullary tumors of the spinal cord, we use internal spinal fixation to maintain the stability of the spine to consolidate the therapeutic effect and to prevent postoperative deformities of the spine and other serious complications. (2) Through the combination of basic and clinical research, different rational surgical treatments are selected according to the pathogenesis of spinal cord cavities to treat spinal cord cavities. (3) Vertebral degenerative disease is a common disease of the spine. Microsurgical techniques are used to remove the intervertebral discs that compress the nerves in order to best protect the spinal cord and nerve block, and then effective spinal reconstruction and immobilization techniques are used to maintain the stability and motor function of the spine.
