Cervical Cancer Stage III Symptoms

Stage III cervical cancer belongs to the middle and late stage of the disease, and patients may have vaginal bleeding, leucorrhoea increase, local pressure symptoms such as difficulty in urination, and metastatic symptoms of cancer cells such as chest pain. 1. Vaginal bleeding: it is manifested as irregular vaginal bleeding, and when the bleeding time is too long and excessive, secondary anemia may occur. 2. Increased leucorrhoea: the leucorrhoea of patients is like rice soup, and some patients have blood mixed in leucorrhoea. Due to tumor necrosis, infection and other factors, the vaginal discharge may show special taste. 3. Symptoms of local compression: when cervical cancer spreads to the pelvic wall and puts pressure on local blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, it may cause local circulatory disorders, which may lead to edema of lower limbs on the affected side, vulvar edema and so on; local expansion of the tumor may lead to frequent urination, blood in the urine, and in serious cases, it may lead to difficulty in urination and other symptoms. 4. Symptoms of cancer metastasis: patients with lymphatic metastasis may have local lymph nodes or lumps; patients with lung metastasis may have chest pain, cough, etc.; patients with bone metastasis may have symptoms such as pain in the corresponding parts.
