Patients can use 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution soak, to achieve sterilization, anti-itching effect. In daily life, patients can choose breathable shoes and socks, and try to keep their feet clean and fresh.
If necessary, local injection of botulinum toxin and partial excision of sweat glands can be considered.
