Critical trauma refers to the presence of life-threatening injuries at the patient’s injury site, such as open pneumothorax, organ haemorrhage, severe cranio-cerebral injury, severe fall injury, spinal cord injury, severe pelvic injury and organ rupture, and a series of other injuries can be called critical trauma. Severe trauma is fatal, so trauma assessment is required, and then on-site resuscitation is given. Assessment of multiple injuries requires some experience, and generally young doctors may be less studied and less experienced. Since multiple injuries may affect life, the survival rate and success rate of resuscitation of multiple injuries and severe trauma need to be improved through continuous summary research.
