What are the symptoms of UTI

The main symptoms of uremia include gastrointestinal symptoms, cardiovascular system manifestations, respiratory symptoms, hematologic manifestations and neuromuscular system symptoms.
1. Gastrointestinal symptoms: the main manifestations include lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting, urine odor in the mouth, and gastrointestinal bleeding is also more common.
2. Cardiovascular system manifestations: cardiovascular pathology is a common complication and the most important cause of death in chronic kidney patients. Generally, hypertension, left ventricular hypertrophy, heart failure, uremic cardiomyopathy, pericardial lesions, vascular calcification and atherosclerosis can occur.
3. Respiratory symptoms: shortness of breath and shortness of breath can be seen in excessive body fluids or acidosis, and severe acidosis can lead to deep and long breathing.
4. Hematological symptoms: mainly renal anemia, bleeding tendency and thrombosis tendency, most patients have mild to moderate anemia.
5. Neuromuscular system symptoms: early fatigue, insomnia, lack of concentration, followed by personality changes, depression, memory loss, reduced judgment. When uremia is serious, there are often indifference, delirium, convulsions, hallucinations, coma, mental anomalies and other manifestations.
