How long does it take to get pregnant without contraception

Most pregnancies can occur within six months without contraception when the couple has normal reproductive function. If there is no pregnancy after more than one year without contraception, the possibility of infertility should be considered. If you want to conceive, you can choose to have sex during this time, or you can monitor ovulation by means of test strips or blood tests. Both men and women should not be nervous during intercourse, because too much tension can disrupt the normal ovulation cycle of women, dampen their sexual urge, and even affect the testosterone secretion of men, leading to a decrease in the number of sperm. If you have not been pregnant for more than a year, you should consider infertility and go to the hospital for relevant examinations, including ultrasound of uterine adnexa, vaginal discharge, mycoplasma, chlamydia, cervical cytology screening; immunological infertility tests, including eugenics, herpes, rubella and cytomegalovirus tests; and tubal patency tests. The male partner also needs to check semen routine, which may affect pregnancy if the semen is of poor quality.
