Rescue drugs are mainly used to enhance myocardial contractility, elevate blood pressure, and improve respiratory excitability. Clinically used rescue drugs mainly include antishock vasoactive drugs, central nervous system excitatory drugs, anti-heart failure drugs, dehydration diuretics and so on.
1. Anti-shock vasoactive drugs: such as adrenergic drugs, dopamine, dobutamine, isoprenaline, etc., with vasopressor, vasoconstrictor, anti-shock and other effects, commonly used in the rescue of patients with acute and critical illnesses.
2. Central nervous system excitatory drugs: such as nikshamy, lorbexin, can excite the central nervous system, improve the sensitivity of respiration, and can be used for respiratory depression and respiratory arrest caused by various reasons.
3. Anti-cardiac failure drugs: such as sildenafil, has the effect of strengthening the heart, increasing myocardial contractility and increasing the volume of heart beat, and can be used for atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
4. Dehydration diuretics: such as tachycardia, mannitol, with a strong diuretic effect, can be used to reduce intracranial pressure, hypertensive crisis, drug poisoning excretion.
In addition, there are anti-arrhythmic drugs, antihypertensive drugs, vasodilators, sedatives, antiemetic drugs, etc., according to the patient’s condition to comply with medical advice.
