Which kidney disease is better to cure

The better cured kidney diseases include microscopic lesion nephropathy, mild thylakoid glomerulonephritis, partial membranous nephropathy and so on. 1. Microscopic lesion nephropathy: 30%~40% of patients can have spontaneous remission within a few months after the onset of the disease. 90% of cases are sensitive to glucocorticoid treatment, diuresis starts in about two weeks of treatment, urine protein can be rapidly reduced to negative in a few weeks, serum albumin gradually returns to normal level, and clinical remission can be achieved eventually. Therefore, this kind of nephropathy is better to be cured. However, the recurrence rate of this disease is as high as 60%. 2. Mild proliferative glomerulonephritis: most patients have good response to hormones and cytotoxic drugs, and more than 50% of patients can be completely relieved after hormone treatment. Therefore, the pathologic changes of mild thylakoid proliferative glomerulonephritis is better to be cured. 3. Partial membranous nephropathy: 20%~35% of patients’ clinical manifestations can be relieved spontaneously. 60%~70% of patients with early membranous nephropathy (not yet nailed) can be clinically relieved after glucocorticoid and cytotoxic drug treatment. Therefore, some membranous nephropathies are better cured. It is recommended to go to regular hospitals in time and standardize the treatment under doctor’s guidance for patients who have found nephropathy.
