Whether kidney failure can be recovered or not is related to the typology of the disease. Most of the patients with acute renal failure can recover their kidney function if the treatment is timely. However, there are some patients whose renal function cannot be fully recovered because of different reasons, longer course of the disease, heavier damage, poor treatment effect, etc. Chronic renal failure is generally difficult to recover. 1. Acute renal failure: caused by pre-renal factors, such as diarrhea, blood loss and dehydration-induced acute renal failure, blood transfusion and fluid transfusion can be used to promote adequate renal perfusion; post-renal obstructive factors, such as urinary stones, can be relieved of obstruction, correct fluid accumulation; drug factors caused by the need to stop the drug, and if necessary, comply with the doctor’s instructions for the application of prednisone acetate. Most of the patients can recover their renal function if the treatment is timely, and some patients may not be able to recover completely if they have a longer course of the disease and more serious damage, and the treatment effect is not good. 2. Chronic renal failure: it is a chronic and slowly progressive disease, once the renal failure, often can not be recovered, the deterioration of the condition will progress to the stage of uremia. For renal failure, it is recommended that patients actively go to regular hospitals to receive examination, under the guidance of specialists and active treatment.
