A fugue bag is a morphologic problem that protrudes from the junction of the cervical and thoracic vertebrae, and a large neck bag that contains both hyperplastic fatty soft tissue, as well as protruding bone (the spinous processes of the vertebrae) and fatty musculature, and does not usually cause nasal congestion. Nasal congestion may be caused by diseases such as upper respiratory tract infections, deviated septum and sinusitis. 1.
