Drugs for infusion in patients with cerebral infarction include thrombolytic drugs within the time window of onset, and drugs for lowering fiber, neuroprotection, and improving collateral circulation after the time window of onset.
1. Thrombolytic drugs: if within the time window of onset, i.e. within 4.5 hours of onset, atipase thrombolytic drugs can be used intravenously for treatment.
2. Fiber-lowering drugs: If the onset time exceeds the thrombolytic time window, fiber-lowering drugs can be used for infusion therapy, the most commonly used fiber-lowering drugs include bacitracin injection, injectable defibrillating enzyme and so on.
3. Neuroprotective agents: Infusion therapy can be performed, such as edaravone injection, an antioxidant and free radical scavenger, which can improve the functional outcome of acute cerebral infarction.
4. Drugs to improve collateral circulation: such as butylphthalide sodium chloride injection, which is also widely used in the clinic.
Cerebral infarction patients using drugs should be diagnosed after imaging tests, follow the doctor’s instructions in regular hospitals for standardized treatment, not unauthorized use of drugs. In addition, it is recommended that patients with cerebral infarction should actively control blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids in daily life, pay attention to the reasonable diet structure, and try to quit smoking and drinking.
