Where is the exact location of the Tai Chong point

Taichong acupoint belongs to the liver meridian points, located in the dorsal side of the foot, and the first and second metatarsal interspace level with the midpoint of the tibial side of the extensor tendon of the foot, left and right each one.
Taichong acupoint is the place where the water, dampness and wind of the liver meridian rush upward from this point, so it is called Taichong. It is commonly used in the treatment of headache, dizziness, abdominal pain, menstrual disorders, urinary incontinence, enuresis, pediatric fever, convulsions, delirium, distension of the chest and ribs, abdominal distension, jaundice, nausea and vomiting, vomiting of bitter water, pain in the throat, and pain in the red eyes, etc. Tai Chong is often used in conjunction with He Gu.
Taichong is often paired with Hegu. The two points match one yang and one yin, one ascending and one descending, one qi and one blood, for each other’s use, has the effect of dispelling wind and relieving surface, regulating qi and broadening the chest, calming the liver and quenching the wind (regulating the liver’s function to get rid of the wind), activating the blood and removing blood stasis (promoting the operation of blood, eliminating the stasis of blood in the body), and releasing the qi, relaxing tendons and activating the meridians (stretching the tendons and bones and dredging the meridians and collaterals), and so on.
