How long does New Crown virus survive on vegetables

Neocoronaviruses may not survive on vegetables for more than 2 hours at room temperature, but can survive for up to 2 weeks if in cold chain conditions. If the vegetables at room temperature are carrying the new crown virus, they are exposed to the air and lack the temperature and humidity suitable for survival, the survival time is relatively short, usually not more than 2 hours, and can be killed in 30 minutes at 56 degrees Celsius. But if it is in the cold chain of transportation or refrigeration conditions, the new crown virus can survive for a relatively long time, the longest can reach 2 weeks or so, because the new crown virus is more adapted to low-temperature conditions. However, vegetables that are currently available for sale generally go through a strict inspection and quarantine process and can be purchased with confidence.
