Harle is the trade name, generic name of tamsulosin hydrochloride extended-release capsules, suitable for patients with dysuria caused by prostate hyperplasia. The main ingredient of tamsulosin hydrochloride extended-release capsules is tamsulosin hydrochloride, which is an α1-adrenoceptor blocker; it has a highly selective blocking effect on the smooth muscle of the urethra, the neck of the bladder and the prostate, which results in the relaxation of the smooth muscle and the reduction of urethral compression; it can also reduce the prostate pressure in the internal urethral pressure curve to improve the urinary obstruction. It is clinically used for the treatment of patients with urinary obstruction caused by prostatic hyperplasia. For this product allergy, renal insufficiency and children, pregnant women, lactating women are prohibited to take.
