What’s wrong with your head?

The causes of head discomfort are as follows: First, patients with chronic rhinitis will have symptoms of oxygen deprivation in the brain due to lack of lung ventilation caused by long-term nasal ventilation, and patients will experience head discomfort such as dizziness and lack of head clarity, which can be clearly diagnosed by performing rhinoscopy in the ENT department. Second, patients with sinusitis will have headache and other symptoms of head discomfort when their sinuses are acutely infected, and performing sinus CT can make a clear diagnosis. Thirdly, in patients with hypertension, the increase in cerebral perfusion will lead to brain cell edema and increase in intracranial pressure, and the patient will have head swelling, headache and other symptoms of head discomfort, and monitoring blood pressure can make a clear diagnosis. Fourthly, in patients with acute meningitis, due to intracranial infection, the patient’s brain cells may become edematous due to inflammatory stimulation, and the patient may have headache and other uncomfortable symptoms.
