The patient presents with headache, pain in the temples as well as the top of the head, and it is the patient who is experiencing pain in the whole brain. If the patient usually does not have atherosclerosis, consider the presence of neurovascular headache, which may be caused by excessive mental stress, or reduced sleep or overexertion. In some cases, it is caused by hypertension, and patients can have their blood pressure measured. It may also be due to plant nerve dysfunction, where patients have too little sleep and suffer from insomnia and dreaminess, causing plant nerve dysfunction and also whole brain pain. Patients may also have gastrointestinal symptoms, such as acid reflux, nausea, and decreased appetite, as well as cardiovascular symptoms, such as panic attacks and a tendency to sigh.
