Coronary heart disease cannot be completely cured by taking medication, because coronary heart disease is a chronic disease and cannot be cured at present. Coronary heart disease is a preventable and controllable disease and can be kept stable for a long time with active treatment. Active treatment includes lifestyle control, including low-salt and low-fat diet, weight control, reasonable exercise, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, avoiding strain and staying up late, and reasonable sleep. Medication should also be given to improve myocardial ischemia, such as beta receptor antagonists, calcium channel blockers, and nitrates. Drugs to prevent myocardial infarction and improve prognosis, such as statin lipid-regulating drugs, antiplatelet drugs, ACEI or ARB drugs, and beta-receptor antagonists, should also be given. Interventional therapy or surgical bypass surgery is also given to patients with indications.
