Dry circumcision is a progressive sclerosing lesion, the cause of which is still unclear, manifested by symptoms such as localized pale-white pimple-like, and the treatment is mainly surgical.
Dry phimosis, also known as dry occlusive phimosis, is a progressive sclerotic lesion, the cause of which is unknown and is rare, occurring in middle-aged people between the ages of 30 and 50. The appearance of the lesion is characterized by a white sclerotic change of the skin, often located on the inner side of the foreskin, the head of the penis, the urethral opening, the coronary groove and other places.
When dry phimosis occurs, the area of the lesion develops a flat or papular pattern of ivory-white or pale color, which may be accompanied by flaking symptoms. In advanced stages of the disease, localized atrophic scar-like changes may occur, but itching is usually absent. It has been mentioned in the literature that dry phimosis may become cancerous after a few decades.
It is advisable to visit a hospital for examination and early treatment of dry phimosis.
