How to check for heart anemia

Cardiac anemia can be diagnosed by blood tests, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, and X-ray. 1. Damage to the heart and resulting heart failure due to anemia, bleeding, infiltration, infection and change in blood viscosity is called hematological heart failure. Among them, anemia due to long-term severe anemia can lead to anemic heart disease, which is mainly manifested by pale color of skin, mucous membranes, nails, lips, etc., as well as fast heart rate, soft systolic murmur that can be heard in the apical part of the heart and the bottom of the heart. 2. Blood test, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram and X-ray examination are helpful in the diagnosis of anemic heart disease. (1) Routine blood test: hemoglobin and red blood cell count can be seen to be reduced, and the blood sedimentation rate can be increased. (2) Electrocardiogram: Sinus tachycardia is often seen, and some patients have non-specific ST-segment depression and T-wave changes. (3) Echocardiography: It shows enlargement or hypertrophy of the left and right ventricles, generally increased cardiac output, and pericardial effusion. (4) X-ray examination: about 2/3 of the patients show generalized enlargement of heart shadow, pulmonary bruising, and in severe cases, pulmonary edema and pleural effusion. If the above test results are abnormal, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause of the disease with the help of the doctor and carry out targeted treatment or therapy.
